Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a unique form of body therapy, also known as yoga for busy people.

 

It combines pressure on energy lines to balance energy flow and stretching movements to release tension and increase mobility.

Performed fully clothed, on a comfortable mat.

Yoga Session

Choose from three different types of classes: Yang classes with strong flows to strengthen and stretch in a mindful way with consistent breathing.

 

Yin classes aimed at relaxing the nervous system with passive stretches. 

 

Yin/Yang classes blend both styles.
